Helplines

You may find that speaking to someone over the phone about how you are feeling helps you. There are different helplines and listening services available that can provide emotional support. They are staffed by trained volunteers who want to help you.

Young people 0808 802 3456 Information and advice for children and young people in Wales under 25 years of age. You can also chat via text at 84001. Daily: 8am 12 midnight
Dementia 0808 808 2235 The helpline offers emotional support to anyone with a diagnosis of Dementia, or who is caring for someone with Dementia as well as other family members or friends. 24/7, 365 days a year

Suicide 0800 068 4141 Advisers work with you to understand why thoughts of suicide might be present.
