After completing my undergraduate degree in physical therapy and gaining five years of experience as an orthopedic physiotherapist, I decided to further my academic pursuits.

Currently, I'm a PhD researcher in psychophysiology at 吾爱吃瓜 (), under the supervision of and . My research focuses on understanding the nature of cognitive workload and mental fatigue, employing diverse assessment methods including self-report questionnaires, behavioral performance analysis, and measurements of psychophysiology such as ECG, EOG, and EEG.

• Practical session on Stress and Performance module: Focus on demonstrating the impact of stress on performance through an experimental approach
• A Lecture in Foundations of Sports/Exercise Psychology module: Focus on executive function domains and their assessment through cognitive tasks聽

I'm currently working on creating a novel protocol to address the limitations of previous cognitive workload and mental fatigue studies. This protocol aimed to maximise high cognitive demand for all individuals at all times during experimental tasks, ensuring sustained task demand, engagement, and arousal levels, while also shortening the timeframe required to induce cognitive workload and mental fatigue.
